Adaptive Leadership: Cherelle Fruean (Samoa)

The Pacific Women and Pacific Leadership Program’s pilot Adaptive Leadership Training for women leaders and change makers from 23-25 July 2015 brought together 21 government and civil society representatives from Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Samoa to share skills needed to make positive change on important issues, often in challenging and uncertain environments. The training aimed to support participants to take Pacific gender equality agendas to local and global political fora with renewed clarity, energy and impact.
