The revised Pacific Women in Papua New Guinea Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework (MELF) was developed in consultation with Pacific Women partners and reflects changes to the program of work supported through Pacific Women and learnings gained from implementing the program so far. The MELF highlights the interconnectedness of outcomes and linkages being achieved through the program. The MELF supports a range of complementary purposes including to support the program and implementing partners to carry out regular and systematic assessment of progress towards outcomes, provide accountability to the governments and people of Papua New Guinea and Australia and to inform program decision making and ensure learning leads to program improvement.
