Solomon Islands census is conducted every 10 years. Census data is published in 2 volumes. Attached in this records are the following:
Volume 1 - Basic Tables and Census Description. This report provides supplementary information to the main National Report (Volume 2) and provincial reports of the 2009 Population and Housing Census of Solomon Islands. Report presented in 3 parts: Part 1 provides administrative information of the Census, Part 2 presents the statistics tables (person tables, household tables and population projection tables) and Part 3 contains the appendices.
Volume 2- National Report. This report provides the basic analysis of the 2009 Census at the national level. Provides an analysis about the population, its social, demographic and housing characteristics.
Honiara Report - Analysis undertaken for Honiara only.
