SPC Regional Rights Resource Team (RRRT)
SPC Regional Rights Resource Team was established in 1995. RRRT is the pioneer of human rights training in the Pacific region, working to build a culture of human rights and assisting nation states to commit to, and observe international human rights standards. RRRT is the Human Rights Programme of the Pacific Community (SPC), working to provide technical assistance and training in order to assist the 22 Pacific island member countries and territories of SPC to increase observance to international human rights standards through improved service delivery, access to justice and effective governance.
